The registration fee includes entrance to all the scientific sessions, delegates bag and coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policies

Registration

• Registrations will be open until the congress dates.
• Registrations cancelled before September 30th, 2012 no penalty will apply.
• Registrations cancelled after the aforementioned date will not be refund.

Accommodation

• All cancellations or modifications on your registration must be notified to Vibo Congresos by writen to 5simposiotambre@vibocongresos.com or fax (+ 3491 196 76 64).
• Reservations cancelled before September 30th, 2012 no penalty will be charged, but a 15€ service fee. Modification on the number of night from October 1st, 2012 no refund will be proceeded.
• Cancellations or modifications made after October 1st, 2012 and no shows, full stay will be charge.
